I bought the course, but I never got my login information. Help! +

If you bought the course, your login instructions were sent to the PayPal address you used to complete the purchase. This may be different from the e-mail address you primarily use. Check your PayPal e-mail address and the e-mail containing your login instructions should be there.

I got access to the course but I got logged out for inactivity. Now I can't find out how to login to the course. Help! +

Check your PayPal e-mail address as login instructions were sent to those address. If you didn't get an email, it's likely because your PayPal e-mail address is different than the email you're trying to use to login to the course.

One or more of the videos won't play for me. What should I do? +

For best results, make sure that you're connected to strong WiFi or ethernet. If you're viewing the videos on a smartphone connected to wifi and the videos still aren't playing, try viewing the videos on a desktop or laptop computer instead.
